JobReady is a free, short-term skill training program by Jobsgaar. It prepares young job seekers in Kanpur and Lucknow for high-demand roles in hospitality, retail, customer support, and back-office through offline, in-person classes with real mentors.
Yes. JobReady training is completely free for selected candidates. Jobsgaar's industry partners sponsor the training cost. Candidates are selected through an offline assessment, and selected learners receive course enrollment at no cost.
Fill out the registration form on this page, or visit the Jobsgaar career centre in Kanpur (Govind Nagar, F-21/126 CTI Road) or Lucknow (Indira Nagar). After registration you will be called for an assessment. Selected candidates receive a course offer.
JobReady currently covers Hospitality, Retail Sales, Customer Support, Back Office Operations, and Future of Work (AI Managers). New courses in banking, accounting, insurance, and retail management are being added in 2026.
